We are the desire to explore.

We are the landscapes we visited. We are the rivers that we crossed.

We are the sum of the missions we have accomplished.

The first helmet with revolutionary AMS technology, CKX’s new Mission Helmet redefines the trail riding experience. Lightweight and featuring an aerodynamic and sporty look, it provides an effective protection against cold and wind. See bigger, see farther.

PUSH YOUR LIMITS. DOMINATE THE TRAILS.

MISSION.
GO BEYOND THE HORIZON.

Each of the CKX mission’s features has been carefully studied to help trail riders reach a new level of performance and comfort.

Mission one: ride a long time at full speed.

By reducing fatigue.

Without fearing the cold weather.

Taking advantage of a significant noise reduction.

Without feeling the drag effect.

Mission two: communicate freely, without restraint.

By raising the shield that clears the mouth completely, quickly and in a single movement.

Mission three: see. big. far.

Without feeling the drag effect.

Enjoy a wider peripheral vision.

By adjusting or removing the peak without tools.

By significantly reducing the risk of frost and fogging.

Mission four: breathe like never before.

Enjoy a clean interior space, where air moisture is efficiently removed.

Enjoy an ergonomic breath deflector.

By integrating the Air Management System (AMS) in the Mission and Tranz 1.5 helmets, CKX offers an unrivaled level of comfort for trail enthusiasts.

Breathe freely in a space where air moisture is efficiently removed. Enjoy the freshness and clean space inside your helmet, free from condensation and frost.

AMS TECHNOLOGY EXPLAINED

AMS operation is based on a physical principle associated with fluid mechanics which has its starting point in aerodynamics.

EXHALED MOIST AIR

INSIDE ZONE

Inside the helmet, the pressure is higher where the mouth exhales moist air, than the pressure at the back of the helmet.

MOIST AIR REMOVAL

REAR ZONE

Air always flows through the easiest path. The pressure difference between the inside and the back of the helmet causes the moist air to flow outwards through the AMS channel. This is how the AMS system actively contributes to reducing internal fog.

INSIDE ZONE

When the helmet is moving, outside air hits the helmet and bypasses it.

REAR ZONE

At the back of the helmet, a low-pressure area is created at the AMS channel outlet.
